Trump deported Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan gang who entered America primarily during the Biden administration.
TdA is infamous for murdering Laken Riley, and Trump's deportation is a follow-through on his campaign promise of invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to remove them.
Critics argue that Alien Enemies Act is being abused, and that it's a wartime act being abused in peacetime, without due process.
Proponents argue that these are violent criminals who needed to be removed, it's not upn to the judicial branch, and the President has the sole discretion to do so.
